We make your artwork, brand or project shine on ethically produced, organic cotton garments
At Lyoness, we print exclusively onto garments which have an accreditation from the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) for certified organic cotton and from the Fair Wear Foundation (FWF) that works with brands, factories, trade unions, NGOs, and governments to provide better working conditions for garment workers around the world.
Print Quality & Finishing
We check each garment individually for flaws before printing and maintain this attention to detail throughout the printing process. We are constantly checking for changes in print quality, ink bleeding and marks on garments, and ensure that nothing less than perfectly printed garments make the cut for your order.
Once an order is complete, we make a final quality check and can stitch in organic cotton garment labels if required. If we are posting orders direct to your customers, we can customise the packaging with your branding and add complimentary items to each parcel.
Slow Fashion
We support and celebrate slow fashion. We recognise the impact the textile industry has on the environment, and the unethical working conditions which many garment workers are forced to accept, and stand against this.
Our turnaround times reflect acceptable working conditions for the team and we print exclusively onto sustainably sourced, organic cotton garments. We pride ourselves in taking our time to get your order perfect.
Garment Waste
There is always some waste created in the print process. It is of high importance to use that our waste does not end up in landfill sites. We have several options for waste such as reuse or repurposing - please ask one of the team for more details.
Planet Conscious Brands
We exclusively print onto Stanley/Stella & Earth Positive garments. They both use Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS)-certified organic cotton and which guarantees that cotton is organically grown without the use of genetically modified seeds or dangerous chemicals.
They are both accredited by the Fair Wear Foundation (FWF), which is an organisation that works with brands, factories, trade unions, NGOs, and governments to provide better working conditions for garment workers everywhere

FAQs
-
We need to know the type of garment, colour and quantity, as well as the size and complexity of the artwork up front so that we can put together a fully customised quote for your enquiry.
-
Of course! We are experts with Adobe software and can help you prepare your artwork for print with our artwork preparation service.
-
We prioritise quality over super-fast timelines. We also don’t believe fast fashion is healthy for the planet. So for our service, we need a minimum of three weeks to prepare and print your order.
-
We are based in North Shields, so you can collect your order from us, or we can send it anywhere in the UK.
-
We use Stanley Stella garments almost exclusively, as well as some lines from the Earth Postive range. Both manufacturers have accreditations for the ethical production of vegan organic cotton garments.
-
We will try to support any request we can but this will depend on our capacity. It takes time to see up the artwork files ready for print, colour matching, and creating a sample so we will add an additional charge for this if the order quantity is under 50.
-
Our DTG printer is designed to print onto 100% cotton, so we try to stick to that for best results. We can print onto cotton polyester blends with 80% or higher cotton count. We print onto t-shirts in different styles, kids tees, tote bags, tea towels and baby grows.
-
The biggest platen on our DTG printer is 40 x 45 cm so we can print highly detailed, multicolour prints up to this size.
